Construct
- At present two types of constructs are supported by the system. They are Expression and Entry Clone constructs. Deep-Frozen cultures are the frozen stock of Entry Clones and Expression constructs in the particular strains.
- Create "Expression" or "Entry clone" construct by filling in the form manually or loading values from PDF (Entry clone & Expression form | Deep Frozen Cultures form)
- Record Deep-Frozen culture stock for each Entry Clone and/or Expression constructs by filling in the form manually or loading values from PDF
- List all recorded "Expression" or "Entry clone" constructs
- List all recorded Deep-Frozen cultures
- List all recorded Deep-Frozen cultures
- Edit "Expression", "Entry Clone" constructs and Deep-Frozen cultures once recorded
- Annotate constructs and cultures with sequence, VNTi maps and any other relevant information
- List all target with Entry Clone or Expression construct
- Manage Holders barcodes
