Functionality for Constructs

At present two types of constructs are supported by the system. They are Expression and Entry Clone constructs.
Deep-Frozen cultures are the frozen stock of Entry Clones and Expression constructs in the particular strains.
Create "Expression" or "Entry clone" construct by filling in the form manually or loading values from PDF (Entry clone & Expression form |

Record Deep-Frozen culture stock for each Entry Clone and/or Expression constructs by filling in the form manually or loading values from PDF
List all recorded "Expression" or "Entry clone" constructs
List all recorded Deep-Frozen cultures
List all recorded Deep-Frozen cultures
Edit "Expression", "Entry Clone" constructs and Deep-Frozen cultures once recorded
Annotate constructs and cultures with sequence, VNTi maps and any other relevant information
List all target with Entry Clone or Expression construct
Manage Holders barcodes
